How do I start using ECC?
It’s easy start using ECC, even if you don’t know technical issues!
See how to acquire and send ECC to other people:
1. Download Wallet
First of all, you need to download your wallet. There are different ECC wallets, but if you are new here we suggest you to download Electrum-ECC, the light one. To do that, please access this link and see which one is better for you.
After download the file, follow the steps and you will have your first ECC address. Then, you will be able to send and receive your ECC coins. This address consists of letters and numbers, like this one for example: EZ6RYj94UHQpUwwmLULDjRJtPQzuzMX8im
2. Acquire ECC
Now that you already have an address, you can acquire ECC. Two good options to do that are:
– Sell goods or services accepting ECC. In this case you should provide your ECC address to the other part ;
– Buy ECC on some exchange. By doing this, it’s important that you send the coins to your address inside your wallet (step 1), the safest way to store your coins.
3. Send ECC
The process to send coins to other ECC address is pretty similar as to receive it. It’s required to know the address that you will send your coins. The sender pays a small fee for the transaction.
